They set up housekeeping in Lansing and had 3 sons and eventually moved to Orchard Park, NY. She worked for National Fuel Gas in Buffalo for 20 years as an executive assistant to the General Council and secretary of the parent company retiring in 1998. After retirement, she moved with her second husband, Bruce A. Billings, who died in 2014, and was married for 23 years. After retiring, she and Bruce moved to North Carolina where she continued to have a good life, traveling to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe. She and her husband enjoyed bicycling and boating and were members of the Orchard Park Country Club, Youngstown Yacht Club, Niagara Club and the Washington NC, Yacht and Country Club. Beverly also enjoyed watching football and remained a loyal Buffalo Bills fan all her life.
