Obituary of Terry Lee Dvorscak

Terry Lee Dvorscak 74, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2020 after a lengthy illness.  He most recently resided in Blaine, Washington and formerly lived in Vermilion, Ohio.  He was born on March 30, 1946 and attended Vermilion High School.  Terry was very proud of his military service during the Viet Nam War in the U.S. Navy.  He worked at Safeway in San Mateo, California and at the former Geyers in Vermilion as a meat cutter.  He also worked with an independent contractor for Ford Motor Co. in Lorain doing repairs.  He enjoyed bartending in his spare time.

Terry enjoyed spending time with his family.  He was very proud of his daughter and grandchildren.

Terry was a member of the Amvets in Vermilion, Ohio and the Eagles Club in Amherst, Ohio . He was a 25 year member of the Masonic Gibson Lodge 301 in Wakeman, OH, where he was past Master. He was also a Royal Arts Mason in the Chapter of Wakeman as well as a 32nd Degree Mason in the Valley of Toledo.

He is survived by his daughter, Christina Marie (Andy) Ranquist of Surrey, British Columbia; brothers, Richard E. (Holly) Dvorscak of Vermilion, Ohio and twin brother Gary A. (Chris) Dvorscak of Amherst, Ohio; granddaughters Danielle M. Miceli and Nicole C. Miceli; grandson, Logan A. Ranquist; and one great granddaughter Iona Miceli; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years Linda Joyce (2018) and his parents Marcella (1946) and John (1974).

Funeral arrangements were handled by Jerns Funeral Home in Bellingham, Washington.
