Robert "Bob" Glen Harlow, 67 of Vermilion, Ohio passed away Monday, November 9, 2020 after a courageous fight from complications of the COVID 19 virus.
He was born September 28th, 1953, in Batesville, Indiana; the oldest out of seven of the late Everett Glen and Dessie Irene (nee Reams) Harlow.
Bob retired from R & L Carriers in June of 2016; but loved his job and continued part-time as much as he could for a total of 33 years, with the R & L family. He was awarded many safe driving awards over the years; and he thoroughly enjoyed driving and traveling the country.
Bob’s greatest joy was traveling and spending quality time with his loving wife, along with his passion for fishing, mushroom hunting, cheering for the Cleveland Browns, and constant home improvements. He loved spending weekends and holidays with family, his siblings, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Bob was loved by many nieces, nephews, and close family friends. He will always be remembered for the smile on his face, his joyful laugh, and kind words for all.
Bob is survived by his love of his life, Suzanne Lynn Harlow (nee Olsen) whom he met in July of 1999 and married in May of 2005; between Bob and Suzanne, they have six children; Billy (Kari) Harlow, Phil (Autumn) Harlow, Brian Harlow, Heather (Sean) Grant, Courtney (David) Diley, and Dustin Meyer; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren and his siblings, Jeanne (Randy) Walker, Peggy (Michael) Kanuch, Danny Harlow, and Darrell (Missy) Harlow.
