Obituary of Martin Hall

Martin "Buddy" Hall, 73, of Vermilion, died Friday, December 10, 2021 at home after a brief illness.

He was born July 16, 1948 in Youngstown and had been a Vermilion resident since 1983 moving from Lorain.

Martin was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and worked for Mercy Health as a housekeeper.

Buddy enjoyed making ceramics, working on cars, and going out to eat.

He is survived by his sons, Paul Hall and Martin Jr. Hall both of Vermilion: siblings, Patricia Woolweaber of Liberty, Jerry Pursell of Youngstown, Robert (Debbie) Hall of Austintown, Lynn Ritter of Hubbard, Bruce (Annette) Hall of NJ, and Robin (Kenneth) Gaskill of Hammonton.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Della (nee Baker) Hall, and brother, Gary Hall.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 13, 2021 from 4-6 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. Private Interment will be held at Crown Hill Burial Park, Vienna, OH.
