Obituary of Sharon Arlene Glova

Sharon Arlene Glova (nee Alman), 78, of Huron, died Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Admiral's Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation after a lengthy illness.

She was born September 24,1943 in Brownsville, PA and raised her family in Lorain. She had been a Huron resident for the past 11 years moving from Sherrodsville,OH.

Sharon loved taking care of her home, gardening, fishing, animals and flowers. She also enjoyed canning, baking, crocheting, and crafts.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Paul Glova; daughters, Cynthia (Dennis) Reynolds of Huron and Christina Romero of Amherst; grandchildren: Joshua and Jonathan Bowen, Angelica and Gilbert P. Romero, and Rachel, Apryl, and Paul Jr. Glova; and 12 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Paul Jeffrey Glova; parents, Arthur and Emma (nee Thomas) Alman, brothers, William, Edward, and Robert Alman; and her son-in-law, Gilbert Romero.

The family will receive friends on Monday, Dec. 20, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 5:00 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio.
